Messing with my credit
I had insurance with progressive switched to All-State then truwest said I didn't have insurance ..I have always had insurance since I bought my rav4 in May of last year..haven't miss any payments since bought my car..this miss communication shouldn't take 2 months too resolve they put insurance from them that is real expensive so they tried to over double my payment from 450 to 850..now they reported this to my credit this is so wrong and classless..I will never have anything to do with this bank again. Total greed

Unable to use app but couldnt get help close at 5? Couldnt make it to branch in time cant pay by phone its just useless it makes me just want to return my car to u
